International fine jeweler and watchmaker, Harry Winston, Inc., announced at the Baden Baden Opus event in October that it has signed American singer, songwriter, and producer Robin Thicke, as its timepiece ambassador. The first to be appointed to such a role, Thicke will serve as the ambassador of Harry Winston timepieces and will support the brand through a variety of media and promotional activations.
“We are proud to introduce Robin Thicke as our timepiece ambassador,” said Nayla Hayek, CEO of Harry Winston, Inc. “As a distinguished recording artist, Robin’s natural ability to translate emotion into sound, passion for creating timeless music that transcends genres and generations, and commitment to music-oriented community programs, perfectly complements the origins of the Harry Winston story and captures the creative and innovative spirit behind its timepiece designs.”

Gucci’s new creative director Alessandro Michele upended the brand’s aesthetic with quirky runway styling and an abundance of colorful styles with a decidedly bohemian vibe. He also breathed new life into the house’s classic monogram bags by presenting them in two unique capsule collections for Cruise 2016.
The first GG Blooms pairs the interlocking G’s with brightly colored floral patterns for a unique take on the monogram look. Available in two colorways, pink and green, the florals embellish everything from the famous Dionysus bag with a chain handle to chic mules.
The second style available for Cruise 2016 is GG Caleido, which utilizes the shapes of a kaleidoscope to add depth and dimension to the GG motif. Available in three different shapes, bar, star and peak, the Caleido prints skew masculine with high tops, card holders and backpacks being decked out in the print.
Both GG Bloom and GG Caleido are available at Gucci located on the second level of The Shops at Crystals.
