Mother's Day Brunch

Social House, inside The Shops at Crystals, will treat mothers and their families to an exquisite dining experience this Mother’s DaySunday, May 11. The restaurant will present an irresistible brunch buffet filled with Asian-inspired selections from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Priced at $49 per person and $19 for children ages 5 - 12, the celebrated Pan-Asian eatery will combine traditional brunch favorites with the restaurant’s innovative Japanese fare, designed to delight even the most discerning palate.  

Guests may sample a variety of delectable items prepared by Executive Chef Jon Amorin such as Kurobuta Pork Sausages, Miso Glazed Bacon and Chive Potatoes, each paired with an assortment of freshly baked goods and seasonal fruits. Restaurant-goers also have the option to order specialty items made fresh from the kitchen. These items include Brioche French Toast, Panko Crusted Chicken with Waffle Fries and an Eggs Benedict Tasting, a favored brunch dish. The Eggs Benedict Tasting includes three variations: smoked pork, lemongrass shrimp or a vegetarian option, made with Japanese mushrooms, spinach and carrot-curry hollandaise sauce.

For guests in search of a satisfying cocktail pairing, bottomless Prosecco Bellinis, Mimosas or Bloody Mary’s are available for an additional $30.  Social House will display a large Bloody Mary bar which will feature a wide array of garnishes such as hot sauces, vegetables, Japanese pickled vegetables, bacon, and other flavorful toppings.

The "Elite Ate" Menu

Social House inside The Shops at Crystals will be the destination to catch the anticipated college basketball games during the "The Big Dance" this year as it has created "The Elite Ate" menu, featuring game day-inspired cusine and cocktails. Beginning Tuesday, March 18 - Monday, April 7, sports enthusists will be able to select from four bites and four TY-KU sake cocktails, each priced at $8. This speciality menu will be available in the var and lounge only, valid during televised matchups.

Wing and Advance - Yuzu chili glazed chicken wings

The Fab Fries - Fries layered with braised short rib, white cheddar, wasabi sour cream and green onion

Dishes up a delicious deal

SHe by Morton’s, the stylish steakhouse located in The Shops at Crystals, just steps away from the main entrance of ARIA, will provide an exclusive offer to all Las Vegas residents. Locals who present their Nevada IDs at dinner will receive a 20% discount Sunday through Wednesday, beginning Monday, June 17.

Crafted by Executive Chef Erick Stecher, the menu was designed for sharing and includes select dishes designed as individual bites. The sharing selections include Crab Cake Minis, served with sundried tomato and caper lemon beurre fondue; Little Big Royales, mini burgers topped with house-made sauce and cheddar served on a toasted bun; and Sea Bass Bites, served with ponzu glaze, cilantro yogurt and avocado, among others.

“SHe Cuts” include the 6 oz. center cut filet and 8 oz. center cut rib-eye; “He Cuts” range in size from the 8 oz. center cut filet to the 22 oz. Chicago-style bone in rib-eye; and “We Cuts” include the 32 oz. bone-in New York and the 40 oz. Porterhouse, each serving two guests. All of the selections are prepared from USDA Prime Midwest Grain-Fed Steaks.
