You can never go wrong with traditional gifts like cosmetics. Sometimes these are the best gifts because mothers use them everyday!
Jimmy Choo - A perfect scent for when you give your mother night off! Sparkling and vivacious, it’s the sip of a first cocktail, the clinking of glasses with the girls, the sexy soundtrack on the dance floor. The floral fragrance opens with bright and sparkling top notes of red berries blended with a citrus cocktail. A delicate heart of sweet pea and rose complements rich and sensual base notes of white musk and sandalwood.
LALIQUE - Lalique suggests three different perfumes from their collection: Living Lalique, Extrait de Parfum, and perfume bottle in blue lavendar crystal. Each design embraces their own unique art deco. The Extrait de Parfum is decorated with a 22.5 carat gold leaf.
Sisley - Intensify, volumize, and fortify lashes with So Intense Mascara. Receive a deluxe Travel size of Eau Efficace 3-in-1 makeup remover, cleanser and toner. The Duo Mascara Set is a perfect kit to restore balance and hydration. A full size Hydra-Global moisturizer, plus deluxe travel sizes of the favorite pampering Lyslait cleanser, Floral Toning Lotion balancer, and Black Rose Cream Mask re-plumping and radiant mask.
You don’t know how hard a mother works unless you step into her shoes. Give her the opportunity to relax with these leather Monili Espadrille or feather t-strap heel in Volcano from Brunello Cucinelli. Or you can show her where you got your style from with these gold metallic Stiletto D'Orsay in Cloud blue from Tom Ford.
If you want to go the extra mile, then make her feel like a princess with The Cinderella Shoe from Jimmy Choo. In celebration of the forthcoming release of the live action version of Cinderella (starring newcomer Lily James and Cate Blanchett), Disney has enlisted the help of nine world-renowned designers to help update our young heroine's iconic footwear. But it's not just fantasy—the designs will be available for purchase come March at retailers such as Saks Fifth Avenue in the U.S., Harrods in London, and Galeries Lafayette in Paris. "The tale of Cinderella is rich in romance and tradition thus the collaboration between Saks Fifth Avenue and Disney felt natural," says Mark Briggs, chief marketing and creative officer at Saks Fifth Avenue. "Saks aims to bring back the magic in retail, and what better way to celebrate than enchanting our customers with dazzling footwear fit to make any dream come true?" "I think every girl desires a Cinderella moment in their lives. This story ignites a love affair and fascination with shoes that never dies. The power they have to transform is instilled from a young age and the fantasy remains alive forever. I wanted to create a shoe that felt magical, with alluring sparkle and a feminine, timeless silhouette evoking those childhood emotions."—Sandra Choi, creative director
The Cinderella shoe is available special order only.
It's one thing to conceptualize an advertising campaign through storyboards, but it's another to bring it to life. Planning a creative change is always exciting, but a little challening, for The Shops at Crystals because we must meet the same standards as some of the world's most prestigious luxury brands. Upon conceiving the #NAMEDROPPER campaign with our Creative Director Ben Ward, the Crystals team knew that the final product would need to be approachable yet polished, much like our customers. Our choice for a photographer to fulfill this direction was the esteemed James White.
White's photos have graced the pages of magazines around the world, including Elle, Esquire, Glamour, GQ, Marie Claire, Rolling Stone and Vanity Fair. He has photographed publicity and advertising campaigns for Omega and Tiffany & Co., as well as numerous television shows and films. Angelina Jolie, Anne Hathaway, Christian Bale, George Clooney and Taylor Swift are just some of the famous faces with whom he has worked. It's no wonder American Photo named him one of the top 100 influential people in photography.
We are honored to have White once again on our team ... this time in the pages of Crystals magazine. He photographed two of our fashion features. Marian Kurpanov returns, shot against the backdrop of White's art collection and impeccable Hollywood home. Join us for a behind-the-scenes look at how it feels and looks like at a photoshoot. At Crystals, we believe fashion is art. White fulfills that vision through his lens with two spectactular stories. We can't wait for you to read this issue.
